Honestly, the apartments are very spacious, but with our furniture and 3 children, we felt that moving to a house was the best choice for us at this moment. The clubhouse is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for such a festive celebration. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure every resident felt welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere was so pleasant and vibrant, making it a fantastic event for families and neighbors alike. A huge thank you to Sylvia & Dane for their hard work and coordination in making this an unforgettable afternoon. All staff was hands on engaging with everyone. “I’ve lived at The Grove for over a year, and it is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Sylvia was amazing during the tour and application process. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had planned to tour other apartments, but this one had everything I was looking for. Maintenance is quick to respond, the amenities are high quality, and they are always putting on fun events for residents. The staff also does not forget about you after you move in. They remember residents by name and regularly check in to see how things are going. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Clermont!”

“I have lived here for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Whenever I have submitted a maintenance request it gets resolved immediately. Earlier this week I received an alert on my phone that the smart door lock was running low on batteries. I totally forgot about it but thankfully the maintenance team was on it.
